For rentals exceeding four weeks, we will discount the rate by 40%

Rental Notes:

  • All rates are inclusive of Hotel Tax and Fee’s.
  • The Rental Package excludes Turtle Dove Suite and the East Loft Bedroom. Only the four West Suites are bookable
  • Normal rentals are 7 nights but certainly shorter stays are considered.
  • Check in is from 4.00 pm on the first day and check out is by 10.00 am on the last day.
  • A Rental Car is recommended for Summer Heights. We can provide a 7 seated vehicle at a cost of $65.00 Per Day.
