Monthly Rates:

For rentals exceeding four weeks, we will discount the rate by 25%

Rental Notes:

  • All rates are subject to a 10% Hotel Tax payable with the final balance.
  • All reservations are subject to $199 Accidental Rental Damage Coverage (ARDC) providing $5000 Accidental Damage Coverage
  • The Rental Package excludes Turtle Dove Suite and the East Loft Bedroom. Only the four West Suites are bookable
  • Normal rentals are 7 nights but certainly shorter stays are considered.
  • Check in is from 4.00 pm on the first day and check out is by 10.00 am on the last day.
  • A Rental car is recommended for Summer Heights.
